If you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we retain that correspondence to respond to your enquiry and provide our services.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange and run booked experiences, and communicate with you about your booking. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Where a booking is made through a third-party platform (such as Klook or Eventbrite), that platform's own privacy policy also applies to the data you provide them.
This website may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use our site, in order to improve it. We do not use this data to individually identify you.
We retain booking and correspondence records for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet any legal or accounting obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
