Serai Tour Services is a Licensed Tour Agency in Singapore (TA04006N). These terms apply to experiences booked directly with us via this website, email, or WhatsApp. Experiences booked through a third-party platform (Klook, Eventbrite, or similar) are also subject to that platform's own terms.
A booking is confirmed once we've agreed on the date, group size, and any applicable payment with you directly. Please review your confirmed itinerary details carefully — group size, meeting point, and timing — as these affect the experience we prepare for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible at info@seraitour.com or via WhatsApp. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, though cancellations made close to the experience date may not be fully refundable depending on arrangements already made on your behalf.
Our walking experiences take place outdoors in Singapore's weather and terrain. Please dress appropriately and let us know in advance of any mobility, health, or dietary considerations so we can plan accordingly. Serai Tour Services is not liable for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather or venue closures.
